| 2 cl | Sugar Syrup |

Muddle two teaspoons of lingonberries at the bottom of a shaker. Add Lingoncello, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and egg white. Shake without ice, then add ice to the shaker and shake again. Double strain the drink into a tall glass filled with ice. Top up with tonic water.
