Ordering

The products and services you want to order are selected on the website by adding them to your shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online checkout. By placing an order, you accept these terms of delivery, the prices of the products and the delivery charges. If an e-mail address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The order confirmation will indicate the products ordered and their price. The prices of the products include VAT. Lignell & Piispanen reserves the right to change prices.

Paying

Through Visma Pay, you can pay with your online banking ID, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or instalment. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, äästöpankki, Aktia, Local cooperative banks, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard cards, as well as Jousto, Fellow Invoice and Fellow Business Invoice.

Payment methods

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled online payments in the app settings. Payments made with a MobilePay wallet will be charged from the payment card linked to the wallet. If the payment cannot be charged from the payment card, it will not be possible to pay with the MobilePay wallet in the online shop.

Jousto lasku ja osamaksu is a domestic service that lets you make your purchases quickly and securely. Jousto is for individuals who have a good record of managing their finances. With Jousto, you get 30 days of interest- and expense-free payment period. Once you receive your bill, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in instalments. With instalments, you can pay for your purchases in up to 36 instalments, starting from €9.90/month. Jousto instalments cost €3.90/month and carry a credit interest rate of 19.90%. You can use Jousto to pay for purchases between €30 and €3000. The credit is issued by Aurajoki Nordic Oy. Read more about Jousto at www.jousto.com.

Delviery

Orders are shipped on weekdays. Delivery time for products from stock is usually 3-5 working days. If the products to be delivered are sale-to-order products, the delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks. Delivery costs are determined by the delivery method chosen, any additional services, the weight and size of the order. You can see the delivery charges in the checkout function of the online shop before the final approval of the order. If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, you must inform the online shop without delay, but within 14 days. The company responsible for the delivery must be informed without delay of any package damaged during delivery.

Gift cards are delivered to the customer electronically after the purchase has been made. Upon payment, the customer will receive a link to download the gift card for a period of 7 (seven) days. The download can be done once. If there are any issues with the download, please contact us.

Return and cancellation

Customers have a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Consumer Protection Act. The customer has the right to exchange or return some or all of the products ordered. The products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in a sellable condition.

The consumer has no right of cancellation if the delivery of the digital content has been initiated electronically with the consumer’s consent before the end of the cancellation period and the consumer has been informed of the lack of right of cancellation. The receipt sent to the orderer’s e-mail address after the
order is placed will serve as confirmation of the order. When ordering, the consumer accepts the indicated timetable for the delivery of the service-related materials to the consumer.

If the customer wishes to cancel the order, they should contact Lignell & Piispanen, tanja.kamaja-miskala@lignellpiispanen.fi, to arrange a refund. To make a return, the customer must provide their name, email address, telephone number, account number and the product ordered. Opened products will not be refunded to the customer.

The distribution, copying and sale of any material related to the service is strictly prohibited. The consumer is liable to compensate the service provider for any breach of contract.
